INLYTA – (Axitinib)

Inlyta is a medicine that contains the active substance axitinib. Axitinib reduces the blood supply to the tumor and slows the growth of the cancer. Inlyta is indicated for the treatment of advanced kidney cancer (advanced renal cell carcinoma) in adults, when other medicines (called sunitinib or cytokines) are unable to slow the progression of the disease.
