KAFTRIO – (Ivacaftor/Tezacaftor/Elexacaftor)

Kaftrio is a medicine used to treat patients older than 6 years with cystic fibrosis, an inherited disease that severely affects the lungs, digestive system and other organs. Kaftrio is used in combination with ivacaftor in patients whose cystic fibrosis is caused by at least one F508del mutation in the CFTR gene.
