ZELBORAF – (vemurafenib)

Zelboraf is an anticancer medicine used to treat adult patients with melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that has spread to other parts of the body or that cannot be removed by surgery. Zelboraf is indicated only in patients with melanoma whose tumor cells have a specific mutation (genetic alteration) called “BRAF V600”.
