IMNOVID – (Pomalidomid)

Imnovid contains the medicine pomalidomide. In combination with dexamethasone it is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with resistant multiple myeloma. Pomalidomide is capable of inhibiting the support of stromal cells for the growth of multiple myeloma cancer cells. Pomalidomide also inhibits angiogenesis by blocking endothelial cell migration and adhesion.
