LUMYKRAS monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with the KRAS G12C mutation and who have progressed after at least one line of prior systemic therapy. is used to treat adult patients with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is advanced and has spread to other parts of the body.
