Leqembi (lecanemab-irmb)

Leqembi (lecanemab-irmb) is a biologic drug consisting of a humanized immunoglobulin gamma 1 monoclonal antibody that targets beta-amyloid plaques, which are associated with Alzheimer’s disease. It is indicated to treat patients with cognitive impairment or mild dementia related to Alzheimer’s disease.
